Good Done Great has created this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to user and visitor privacy. Privacy on the mission.do web site (the “Site”) and within the mission.do services (the “Services”) delivered by Good Done Great to our users is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy describes our information-gathering and dissemination practices. By visiting the Site or using the Services, you are agreeing to the collection and use of information in the manner described below.

Good Done Great has been awarded TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s Program Requirements and the TRUSTed Cloud Program Requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe’s mission, as an independent third party, is to accelerate online trust among consumers and organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark and innovative trust solutions. Information Gathered

Registration and Billing Information

When a visitor to the Site requests a free trial of the Services or requests more information about the Services, we require that the visitor provide contact information such as their name, e-mail, phone number and company name.

Users and visitors can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. However, failure to provide certain requested information may impact a user’s or a visitor’s ability to access the Site and Services.

Log Data and Activity Tracking

Good Done Great collects certain information from visitors to the Site and users of the Services, such as Internet addresses, browser types, referring domains, time stamps (time page accessed as well as time spent per web page), as well as the specific pages the visitor has requested. This information is logged for marketing purposes and to help diagnose technical problems and administer the Site and the Services in order to constantly improve the quality of the Services. We may also track and analyze non-identifying activity and aggregate usage-and-volume statistical information from visitors and users, and provide such information to third parties.

Cookies

Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. mission.do uses cookies to tell us whether users and visitors have previously visited the Site or the Services. mission.do also uses a persistent cookie to help save and retrieve usernames of users accessing the Services and to save a user’s preferences from one session to the next. mission.do also issues a session cookie to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include the username or password of the user. If the cookie is rejected, access to and usage of the Services may be denied or otherwise limited.

Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients

Service Provider Collection and Use

Good Done Great collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Good Done Great works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.

Third Party Personal information

If a an Administrator elects to invite a third party to review and provide input on the data it has entered as part of the Services, then the Administrator will need to provide the name and e-mail address (and phone and fax number if they so choose) of each such third party. Mission.do will automatically send the third party an e-mail inviting him or her to become a user in order to review and provide input on the requesting user’s data.

Access to Data Controlled by our Clients

Good Done Great has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Good Done Great’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Good Done Great to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

Data Retention

Good Done Great will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed provide services to our Client. Good Done Great will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Information Related to Personal Information Collected From You

Information Use

Good Done Great uses the information that we collect to set up the Services for users and to improve the Site. We may also use the information to contact users and visitors to further discuss their interest in the Site and the Services, or to send users and visitors information regarding mission.do or its partners, such as promotions and events. To opt out of receiving such information, users and visitors can send an email to info@mission.do or follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the emails they receive. We may also e-mail to users information regarding updates to the Services or the Site.

All financial and billing information collected through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective users and to bill for the Services. This billing information is not used by Good Done Great for marketing or promotional purposes. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the Site or the Services, but they are not permitted to collect any information; nor does Good Done Great share any user or visitor information with these parties. To facilitate emailing to our users and visitors, Good Done Great may provide the necessary emailing information to bonded third-party contractors who perform the emailing on our behalf.

Stored Data

Users of the Services will be using the Services to store data. Such data may at times be viewed or accessed by Good Done Great only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue or suspected violation of the Terms of Use for the Site and the Services, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, Good Done Great will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any data stored by users on the Site or the Services.

Sharing of Information

Good Done Great may share aggregated demographic information with partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify an individual person.

Good Done Great may use a credit card processing company to bill users for Services. This company will not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purpose other than as needed to perform such billing.

Good Done Great may partner with other parties to provide specific services such as implementations and integrations. If a user registers for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

From time to time we may provide information about users to Good Done Great’s subsidiaries and joint ventures in order to provide those users the Services. Each of these entities will comply with the policies described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, if the stock or assets of Good Done Great, its subsidiaries, its joint ventures or any combination of such are acquired by another entity, some or all of Good Done Great users’ and visitors’ personal information and hosted data may be provided to such successor. Other than as expressly described in this Privacy Policy, Good Done Great will not share, sell or rent a user’s or a visitor’s personally identifiable information or hosted data with anyone outside of Good Done Great, without such user’s or visitor’s prior permission or unless ordered by a court of law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Google Connect

We provide you with the opportunity to link your Services account with your Google Apps account by providing your Google Apps username and password. We use this information to enable you to send email from within mission.do using your Google Apps account, read and associate email from your Google Apps account to records in mission.do, and sync your mission.do calendar with your Google Apps calendar.

Public Forums

Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at info@mission.do. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Links to Other Sites

The Site and the Services contains links to other sites. Good Done Great is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage mission.do users to be aware when they leave the Site or the Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Site and the Services.

Security

Good Done Great takes every precaution to protect our users’ and visitors’ information and data against loss, misuse and alteration. As a web-native application, our success will be predicated on the security of that information and data. We use standard industry practices as outlined in our security statement to help prevent unauthorized use of, access to or alteration of visitor and user information and hosted data. These practices include the appropriate use of firewalls, SSL encryption, system redundancies, and co-location at a 24/7 secured, controlled environment.

Good Done Great personnel with access to information gathered from visitors and users have been advised of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of such information and of using it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Choice/Opt-out

Whenever visitors or users submit requests for more information or services from us, they may opt out of entering certain fields. However, such decision may affect the ability to use portions of the Site and the Services. If you receive marketing or similar e-mail messages from us and wish to opt out of receiving such messages, then you may simply follow the opt-out procedure specified in such e-mail.

Updating Personal Information

We encourage our visitors and users to update and edit their personal information and keep it current. Users can easily correct or update their contact information at any time through the Service or by contacting us at info@mission.do.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at info@mission.do. Good Done Great may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Good Done Great is going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect visitor or user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on the Site or in the Services notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice, we will also email users who have opted to receive communications from us notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
